Stressed Out Mom Resources

While scrolling across facebook shorts this afternoon, I came across the above video. My heart sank when I realized what it weas that I was hearing. I watched it again, completely in disbelief, then the anger set in. I do not know who that woman is, or what in the hell she is thinkng talking to a child like this.If you or someone you know talks to a child like this, then it is time to get some help before it is too late. Apparently you are exhausted and overwhelmed and it is ok to ask someone for help. There is no wrong in asking for help, there is wrong when you dont.
