Mother, friend charged with 1st-degree murder

Posted: Mar 15, 2013 4:56 PM Updated: Mar 15, 2013 5:17 PM By Jackie Kent - email TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The mother of twin 18-month-old girls and her friend who were arrested yesterday on child-abuse charges are now accused of first-degree murder, police say. Police suspect that Kristepher Benavidez, 25, had been allegedly physically abusing the twins who were hospitalized after suffering severe injuries. Police say Monique Gaxiola, 30, knew about the alleged abuse, but didn't report it. According to police, one of the twins has died, prompting the new charges.     I was wondering if you ever considered changing the page layout
