Ex-teacher accused of inappropriately touching students pleads guilty

Jeffrey Lawrence has pleaded guilty to two charges of aggravated assault. In exchange, prosecutors are dropping several other charges against him. The 50 year old was arrested earlier this year. He was accused of inappropriately touching five students at Calabasas Middle School where he taught. He resigned after the arrest. Lawrence could face jail time plus probation when he's sentenced in January. The County Attorney spoke with all of the parents of the victims, and they were in agreement with the plea deal.
