REQUEST FOR POLICE REPORT
The Records Section is required to adhere to policies based on the current Federal and State guidelines regarding an individual's right to privacy and security. Your request will be evaluated as to releasability based on your involvement in the case and the status of the case.
The cost of records is $5.00 per report for up to 10 copied pages and an additional $.25 per page.. Payment must be made before the records are released. Copies of the offense reports and traffic accident reports generally will not be available until after five (5) working days of the date the incident occurred and then only Monday through Friday 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM except for holidays.
If you wish to wait for your request, fill out this form and give it to the clerk at the Marana Police Department11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Bldg B, Marana, Arizona 85653. The clerk will process your request and provide you with the copies after payment is received.

Civic Center Drive, Bldg B, the report will be mailed to you or will be available to be picked up the next business day. If you choose to have the report mailed, please ensure that you have completed the address and phone section of this form. In addition, payment must be received at the time of the request.
